Barrows Sketch

The largest borough in the Otherside, The Barrows is home to a wide variety of eccentric and often times dangerous beings. Lined by a complex mess of slap-dash architecture, the narrow, winding streets of The Barrows are confusing at best, even to one born and bred there. One should not wander recklessly into The Barrows without proper protection, or at the very least,
a well-bribed guide.

[BG Info: The Otherside is the realm of Death, Life before Life, and all things not human; it exists “just a hair above and to the left” of Earth, in a parallel universe of sorts, although the term is inaccurate. It's a sprawling, virtually endless metropolis divided into boroughs, each run by it's own local government as well as a national government called the House. In case you were curious. ^_^]
